Rates are based on (up to) 4 adults & 2 children

PEAK:
December through to the end of April (5-7 night minimum)
Special Events: eg. Clipsal 500 Car Race (4 night minimum)

OFF-PEAK:
All other times of the year (3 night minimum)

DEPOSIT: $200.00 when making a firm booking.
CANCELLATION: $20.00 if cancellation is prior to the pre-payment period.

If full payment has been made and you wish to cancel, we shall attempt to re-let your unit before a refund will be made.

Bookings of less than 5 days must be fully paid on making a firm booking.

All off-peak bookings must be pre-paid 14 days prior to arrival.
December through to April bookings pre-paid 30 days prior to arrival.

If full payment is not received 14 or 30 days prior to arrival, we will cancel and re-let your apartment with forfeit of your deposit.
