DEPOSIT:

when making a firm booking.
CANCELLATION: $20.00 if cancellation is prior
to the prepayment period.

full payment has been made and you wish to cancel, we shall attempt
to re-let your unit before a refund will be made.
Bookings
of less than 5 days must be fully paid on making a firm booking.
All
Off-peak bookings must be pre-paid 14 days prior to arrival.
December through March & Easter bookings pre-paid 30 days
prior to arrival.
If
full payment is not received 14 or 30 days prior to arrival, we
will cancel and re-let your apartment with forfeit of your deposit.
